  11. We are more than pleased to support and recommend YWCA’s The Safe Haven for Families At Risk; a program that offers us auxiliary services for homeless women and children.

No one has been happy with the plight of homeless mothers and children without a place to seek refuge during the daytime when we must close. As you know, we must use this time for housekeeping. With the demands that an overcrowded facility makes on our staff and volunteers, our shelter must shut down between 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M.

  15. We realize this is a hardship. But, we have limited resources to meet overwhelming needs - especially in the winter.

  17. We encourage donors to contribute generously to your much needed program's operation.
